Luxe Signature – Terms And Conditions

Welcome to Luxe Signature. By booking, checking in, or using any of our facilities, guests agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure a safe, comfortable, and premium experience for all.

1. Guest Conduct And Etiquette

Luxe Signature is a private luxury property; all guests must maintain dignity, respect, and courteous behavior.
Misconduct, harassment, disturbance, or disrespect toward staff, guests, or property will result in immediate removal without refund.
Loud or disruptive activities that disturb the serene environment are strictly prohibited.

2. Privacy And Security

Guest privacy is of utmost importance. Photography or videography of other guests without permission is not allowed.
Tampering with CCTV, alarms, or any security equipment is strictly forbidden.
Only registered guests are permitted in rooms. Visitors must register at reception and may be restricted after designated hours.

3. Check-In And Check-Out

Check-in: 11:00 AM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Government-approved identification is mandatory for all guests.

4. Room Usage Guidelines

Rooms are intended for residential stay only.
Cooking or use of flammable substances is prohibited.
Unauthorized electrical appliances (heaters, coils, induction plates, etc.) are not allowed.

5. Housekeeping And Maintenance

Daily housekeeping is available between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Guests may request additional services through reception.
Any malfunction or maintenance issue must be reported promptly.

6. Use of Hotel Facilities

Guests must follow the operating hours of all amenities.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in luxury common areas unless approved by management.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

7. Alcohol And Substance Policy

Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests aged 21 years and above and only in designated areas.
Illegal drugs or narcotic substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to eviction and possible legal action.

8. Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval and under specific conditions.
Guests are responsible for maintaining pet hygiene and ensuring no disturbances are caused.

9. Damage, Loss And Penalties

Damage to Property: Any intentional or accidental damage to hotel property—including furniture, fixtures, linen, décor, electronics—will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
Smoking Penalty: Smoking in non-smoking areas will incur a fine of ₹7,000 per incident.
Stained or Damaged Linen: Heavily stained or burnt linen (wine, makeup, burns, etc.) will be charged ₹1,500 – ₹6,000 based on severity.
Loss of Room Key / Access Card: Replacement charge: ₹2,000
Damage to Electronic Items: Repair or replacement costs must be paid immediately.
Public Disturbance & Rule Violations: Guests may be asked to vacate the property without refund. Additional penalties may be imposed for property or reputational damage.

10. Safety And Emergency Protocols

Guests must adhere to all safety and evacuation guidelines provided by the hotel.
Fire exits should remain clear at all times.
Tampering with fire alarms, extinguishers, or emergency equipment is a punishable offense.

11. Management Rights

Luxe Signature reserves the right to deny admission or service to any individual not complying with hotel policies. Management decisions are final concerning safety, conduct, and property protection.

12. Payment And Billing

All bills must be settled at the time of check-out unless prior arrangements are made. Any outstanding penalties or charges must be cleared before departure. Advance payments are non-refundable as per booking terms.

13. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Acts such as violence, vandalism, abusive behavior, or illegal activities will result in:
- Immediate eviction
- No refund of payment
- Applicable penalties
- Possible legal action
